Our Story

It all started when Florence took her first sip of pickle juice whilst on a trip to New York. Intrigued and inspired, she returned to Hackney with pickles on her mind.

Soon, Florence began experimenting, sharing bottles of tangy, umami-rich juice with local bartenders. That’s when the magic happened - she discovered it made a killer Bloody Mary.

Today, every bottle of our award-winning Original Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix is crafted with care on our family farm in Suffolk.
